PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Omniflow, S.A., undertakes to guarantee the confidentiality and privacy in the collection and processing of the personal data of its Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users, fulfilling its obligations under the General Data Protection – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, having for this purpose developed the present Privacy Policy.

Omniflow, S.A. processing of personal data includes data that were obtained throughout the relationship you established with us and following the various interactions with us, as Client, Supplier, Partner or User.

 

1. Entity responsible for collection, storage, use and processing of personal data

Omniflow, S.A., company with headquarters at Rua Delfim Ferreira, 776 C, 4100-199 Porto, with commercial registry and corporate number 509895948, is the responsible entity for collecting and processing the personal data of its Clients and Users.

 

Omniflow, S.A. decides the categories of each piece of data collected, its treatment and the purposes that will be given to it. It will be considered as "processing of personal data" all procedures performed in an automated and non-automated way that allow the collection, organization, storage, modification and transfer of personal data.

 

 

2. Purposes of personal Data Processing

Omniflow, S.A. treats Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users personal data to meet legal requirements and for the following purposes:

  1. Signing of contracts between with us;

  2. Relationship management with our Clients, Suppliers and Partners, in the scope of our products supply and / or provision of services.

  3. Being able to contact our Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users by email or post mail.

  4. Providing Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users information and promotional actions about our activities, products and services or new products and services that we consider of interest.

  5. Invite our Clients and Partners to events organized by Omniflow, S.A..

  6. Conduct questionnaires about the quality of the services and products we offer.

  7. Improve the navigation in our website and other pages created and managed by us and customize the User experience.

3. Data storage and retention

Omniflow, S.A. will keep the data provided while maintaining the relationship that motivated its treatment or during the years necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve responsibilities that may arise and as long as the recipient does not exercise their right to withdraw or oppose treatment.

Your personal data may be communicated to service providers of Omniflow, S.A., for the purpose of providing services, and to judicial, tax and regulatory authorities, for the purpose of complying with statutory requirements.

 

4. Personal Data Security Measures

The personal data will only be collected after Omniflow S.A. obtains the express consent of its Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Users, and it will be treated safely and in accordance with the current legislation, namely through the storage in a secure and protected database, never being used for any purpose other than that for which the consent was obtained.

However, the use of the Internet entails risks, and may result in fraudulent situations or computer attacks by third parties, even though Omniflow S.A. uses all means at its disposal to avoid such situations. Whenever there is a breach, loss or violation of personal data that is likely to pose a significant risk to the rights and freedoms of its Clients and Users, Omniflow S.A. will:

- Notify the control authorities as soon as possible;

- Communicate the situation in a timely manner to the owner(s) of the data concerned.

Omniflow S.A. will use data storage devices, also known as "cookies", only when the User gives his/her/its prior consent, as indicated in the browser pop-up window when he/she/it accesses our website (www.omniflow.pt).

6. Your Rights

If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment made up to that date.

You are entitled to:

  2. be informed about how your personal data is being used, an example being this privacy policy;

  3. access personal data we hold about you;

  4. require us to correct any mistakes in your personal data;

  5. require us to delete personal data concerning you in certain situations where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it;

  8. object in certain other situations to our continued processing of your personal data; and

  10. The full name of the data subject (also known as data owner) and a telephone number, address, e-mail address or other means to be notified of a response to your request.

  11. A clear and correct description of the personal data to be rectified or modified and / or the reasons why you intend to exercise any of the rights too access, rectify, cancel and oppose.

  12. Any element or document that allows the location of your personal data (nonmandatory requirement).

  13. In the case of a request for rectification of personal data, the owner must indicate the modifications to be made and send documentation that supports therequest.

 

Omniflow S.A. reserves the right to readjust or modify this Privacy Policy, whenever this is justified.
